t3tailwheel for tailwheel skybolt

Hello everyone,
Have any of you installed the tail wheel damper from t3tailwheel.com?
On mine, it's just a leaf spring (like many) but I find that it has the tail a little high to the ground and it tends to touch on the tailwheel first when landing and bounce on it, not really pleasant....
