The interplane struts on my Marquart Charger utilizes a clevis forks (5/16-24 Thread Size) as means of adjusting the incidence on the wings.

What should my minimimum thread engagement of the clevis forks into the interplane strut barrel be?

I have been using 5/8" (2X the 5/16 dia.) but it would be helpful if I could go (safely) less than that.

Thanks,
Glenn
