I got an email today alerting me that user fees are back in front of the House.

On Wednesday, Rep. Bill Shuster (R-PA) and Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ) announced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would remove ATC management from the government and move it to a new not-for-profit organization....funded by.....user fees.

I've written my congressman.
