This would be for use in a Skybolt...
Okay, so I decided to purchase the Weatherhead valve with the Delrin guts. Nice units. They have a definent click in each of the positions.
I have one of two options for routing the fuel lines:
1. Run the fuel lines back to the valve which would be position close to the rear instrument panel and then running it forward again.
or
2. Attaching the valve near the firewall but needing to create an extention from the valve to the turn knob (about 3').
Below is a photo of the shaft on the valve for the knob. There is a flat area that locks the turn knob in one position on the shaft.
I haven't found an existing extention for the Weatherhead. Other than milling a piece (I don't own a mill) that would attach to the valve and then fabricating the extention from that milled piece. Any of ya'll come up with a solution for this?
Thanks
