When it comes to taking the wires loose, I am assuming that it would be done:
1. De-tension the Flying wires. Perhaps one turn each until slack?
2. De-tension landing wires a little (maybe half the turns of the flying)
3. Remove I-Struts
My plane has only the one large washer at each I-Strut spot with the exception of the right lower rear, which has 3 standard washers on top of the large diameter washer.
