I've searched and read many threads on wing/tail incidence. Still has my head swimming a bit. My Wag CWC has a fixed horizontal stab LE with an electric trim on the LH elevator. I remember on my Skybolt, the horizontal was pretty much what the main wings were IIRC.
I'm closing in on this partial restoration and starting looking at the as built measurements.

With the fuselage level, I get the following numbers with the fuselage level:
Main wing: +1.9°
Horizontal: -1.1°
I'm installing the engine with 0° incidence

Looking for comments from the brain trust...
