1940 Grumman Aircraft Quadrant

I received a call asking me if I could build a twin engine quadrant from a
8 X 10 inch drawing from Grumman Aircraft Engineering. I told Mark send me a copy and I will take a look.
He then said, I would like 3 functions the drawing has only one.
