Hey all
I’m planning do duplicate a set of wooden floorboards in Carbon Fiber. Originally, I had planned to draw the parts in CAD and have them cut from carbon thru sendcutsend dot com.

After removing the floorboards, they are fit incredibly precisely. Looking at the reliefs in them, I don’t know that I can accurately enough draw them. That brings me to my question.

Can finished carbon sheet be shaped with a router?- Dan
