Firewall Penetration for Wire Bundle?

Hi all,

Just wondering what ideas there are out there in the interwebs for sealing up a hole in the firewall for a large bundle of wires. There is currently a rubber grommet with about 15 hours on it and it's already split in two with wires against the sharp edge of the firewall.
