I am sure this question has been asked before. I am curious though about props, and am inquiring for another builder? I have a Sensenich 76 x 56 on my 0-360 and the 54 56 and 58 pitch will work also on the 180 Lycoming.

However it is my understanding that fixed pitch metal propellers are not approved for the IO-360? and are their some engines like the early A1As or C1Cs such as counter weighted or non counter weighted engine that could use or was approved in a certified combination that would work? I do know that others have used both the Sensenish and McCauley fixed pitch metal propellers on this engine, but just because it will bolt on does not mean that one should do it? Just wondering perhaps you Pitts guys might have the answer? Thanks in advance to all who comment. Dave
