Identifying tailwheel and hubcap part number

Can someone identify which tailwheel I have on my Pitts S-2A (pictures attached)?

I lost the hub cap and am trying to identify the part number for a new one. I ordered a Maule TW-27 but that is too small. Aircraft Spruce did not know and Maule said it's not theirs so they can't help.

The original hub cap is around 3.5" in diameter. The wheel is a General 6 x 2.00 one.

Any suggestions?
