I recently posted about a steering issue that I (and my local mcehcanic) diagnosed as a bad drive washer in my Lang tailwheeel. Replacemet made not improvement. Inspecting my rudder peddel for a possible spring problem showed a failing weld at the pivot. See photos. I am now looking for suggestions on how to attack making a repair. Access is an issue for welding. I am thinking we will need to cut out a section of fabric on the side . All suggestions are welcome.
