So I need to order some bolts, washers, nuts etc.

For the ACS online website it's giving me options. Can I substitute the light weight hardware for all my internal wing components such as the plates for the compression struts and the drag/anti drag fittings that attach to the spar?

I knew a guy who built a PA12 from scratch and used all lightweight hardware but that's all I know. I'm not sure what's right and what's wrong here.
