Anyone here have a radial with a "Hopper" style oil tank? I am upgrading my oil system and ran across this style tank while researching lubrication systems. My main interest is getting my oil temp up a little faster after engine start. The hopper systems seems purpose built. I would love feed back about the value of such a modification.

For come background, see this source article: https://www.flight-mechanic.com/reciprocating-engine-lubrication-systems-oil-tanks/

Thanks in advance!
