There is for sale a S2C with very low hours but the AD on the crankshaft was never done. It seems the aircraft has been sitting for a long time, so maybe the engine an overhaul not just a crank replacement. Also, since we are well past the deadline for the Lycoming $2000, you will have to pay big bucks for a crank.
Does anyone have any idea what it would cost for a crank or should I just forget about this S2C? It's out of annual and more than likely the CLAW prop needs overhaul.
