I'm at the point of installing my horizontal stab. I have two sets of plans one show the stab should be set level with the longeron and the other show 1/2" LE up from the longeron. My question is the 1/2 inch is the newer plans, so I assume there had been a correction. Does this actually mean 1/2 above the longeron and if so, is it to the centerline or bottom of the tube. Or does it mean 1/2 above level to the longeron. Thanks
